Concierge, reception & room staff very friendly & helpful. Great location with train out the front. Room service was disappointing. Expensive for what it was & they were very strict with menu. No changes or additions allowed.

Elegant modern hotel. The facilities are great specially the pool in eleven floor. Rooms are very comfortable and detailed managed, rooms in the higher floors have great views to the city. The personal were really helpful and the always had a smile on their faces. Location is fabolous you dont need to cross the street to take the sky train , which is awesome as bangkok traffic its a nightmare, and this service , let you explore easly the city without the chaos.

Great location the hotel, is literally near a skyrail station and very close to Silom road. The hotel is sophisticated and elegant it seems to be very new. We love the rooms beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast is great a varied buffet with a lot of choices. The roof top has amazing views to the city and a great bar. We definitely recommend the hotel.

We came for a second visit to Bangkok and didn't hesitate one second to stay at the Mode Sathorn Hotel again. And once again, we were very pleased with our stay. As you're located next to Surasak station you can easily go from here to there in Bangkok. That's very comfortable. Your staff also isn't pushing to take a taxi instead which is really nice. Big rooms (unfortunately with carpet in the bedroom area, this should get a real good cleaning sometimes!), great pool area, super staff, nice breakfast, ... The only negative point i see is the restaurant on the top floor. Not only is the food not up to the standard the hotel deserves, but the service is also much worse than in the hotel. But, to finish on a positive note, your staff is from excellent quality and i really want to praise each and every one of them. They're friendly, courteous, smiling, and they do everything they can to be of service to you. Congratulations!

Nice hotel. really dificult to have internet on iPhones and iPads. good signal but always block. nice poll and breakfast.
